Fair Usage Policy
Kaam & Khata includes broad platform access across plans. Usage-based services are governed by included monthly credits so pricing stays transparent and operating costs remain predictable.
Monthly Credits
Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year, but included credits are still allocated and reset monthly. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• AI credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over.
• OCR pages count when a document is processed through OCR or extraction.
• GST/TDS filing credits count only when a filing is successfully submitted through an enabled filing provider.
• Portal monitoring through Ventra is unlimited within the plan's sync interval.
• Additional companies and credit packs stack with plan quotas for the active billing period.
Annual Payment Policy
Annual plans are charged once upfront at 11 months' price for 12 months of access. Annual payments are non-refundable after payment, including unused months, unused credits, cancellations, downgrades or reduced usage.
Additional Companies
Additional companies are ₹699/month each and automatically increase included monthly credits.

Future Usage Services
Income Tax filing, EPFO filing, ESIC filing, MCA filing, DGFT filing, ICEGATE filing, GeM integrations, bank APIs, e-invoicing, e-way bills, digital signatures, PAN verification, Aadhaar verification and AI Agents may be attached to the same monthly credit framework.
