Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Kaam & Khata handles refunds, cancellations, plan changes and prepaid subscription periods.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are charged upfront in one payment at 11 months' price for 12 months of access. Annual payments are non-refundable after successful payment.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions renew in advance for the applicable month. Monthly charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not create a refund for already billed periods unless required by law or separately approved in writing.
Downgrades
Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. Downgrading from an annual plan does not create a pro-rated refund for the unused annual term.
Add-ons and Credit Packs
AI, OCR, filing, messaging and other add-on credits are generally non-refundable once purchased unless required by law or approved in writing.
Chargebacks and Failed Payments
Access may be restricted while failed, reversed or disputed payments remain unresolved.
