Terms of Use
These terms summarize the operating principles for Kaam & Khata's platform access, included monthly credits, fair usage and government connector services. Formal customer agreements may add more detailed terms.
Platform Access
Kaam & Khata is offered as a Business Operations & Compliance Platform. Standard business functionality such as accounting, inventory, CRM, reports, HR Core, GST calculations, documents and dashboards may be included broadly across plans, subject to account status and applicable plan terms.
Included Monthly Credits
Resource-intensive services such as AI, OCR, filing submissions, WhatsApp, SMS, storage, API access and high-frequency connector monitoring are governed by included monthly credits. Credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Filing Credits
GST and TDS filing credits are counted when a filing is successfully submitted through an enabled filing provider or government filing integration. Failed validation attempts, drafts and internal calculations may be handled separately from submitted filings.
Ventra Connector Engine
Portal monitoring through Ventra is provided within the sync interval included in the selected plan. Monitoring frequency may vary due to government portal availability, authentication requirements, CAPTCHA, OTP, rate limits, maintenance windows and customer authorization status.
Additional Companies and Credit Packs
Additional companies and purchasable credit packs stack with the active plan quota for the relevant billing period. Credit packs are intended to avoid forced plan upgrades when a customer exceeds one resource category.
Monthly Billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance for the selected billing month. Access continues while the subscription remains active and payment succeeds. Failed, disputed or reversed payments may suspend paid access until resolved.
Annual Billing
Annual plans are billed as one upfront payment for the full year at 11 months' price, giving the customer 1 month free. Annual plans are not monthly instalment plans, and the full annual amount is payable at checkout.
Refunds
Annual plan payments are non-refundable once paid, including cancellations, downgrades, reduced usage, unused credits, unused months or change of mind. Monthly payments, add-on payments and credit-pack payments are also generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Plan upgrades may take effect immediately after successful payment. Downgrades normally apply from the next billing cycle. Moving from annual to monthly does not create a refund or cash credit for the remaining annual term unless Kaam & Khata agrees in writing.
Taxes and Payment Charges
Prices are listed inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges and statutory deductions are not refundable except where applicable law requires it.
Government Portals
Government portal data retrieval depends on customer authorization, portal access, credentials, browser connectors, OTPs, portal availability and applicable laws. Kaam & Khata may provide monitoring and automation, but final responsibility for statutory accuracy, filing review and compliance remains with the customer and their advisors.
Fair Usage
Use must remain consistent with normal business operations. Excessive, abusive, automated or unauthorized use may be rate-limited, suspended or moved to an enterprise arrangement.
Changes
As new government APIs, filing providers, AI services, verification services and connector engines are added, Kaam & Khata may attach them to the same credit framework or publish additional usage terms.
